Step 1: Fry Paneer lightly in 1tbsp. ghee and set aside on a plate
For making the Shahi paste, onions and nuts can be sauteed in ghee. Sautering can bring the natural aroma of nuts and onions.
Step 2:Heat a Kadai with 1 tbsp. Ghee. Add green cardamom, cashews, almonds in it and fry it till the color changes to slightly golden.
Step 3: Add onions, green chili, and fry till translucent. Transfer all of them into a Jar and add a small amount of water. Grind it and make a smooth paste of it
Step 4: Now heat the pan and add ghee/oil. Add the grind onion paste, Pansari Red Chili Powder, Pansari Turmeric, salt, and Pansari Garam Masala. Fry for 3 to 4 min.
Beat the curd to smooth the fork. Lower the flame and add it to the pan.
Cook it until it leaves the side of the pan.
Add ½ to ¾ cup water, add Pansari Saffron. Stir and begin to cook till the curry thickens.
Add cubed paneer and cook for 3 to 4 min. And when the curry is ready and the paneer is well cooked, add Pansari’s Shahi Paneer Masala on it for a magical taste.
